Job Overview
On behalf of our Client, we are looking for a dedicated logistics supervisor who will Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations. The Ideal candidate must be able to develop and implement effective logistics strategies, policies, and procedures.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in logistics or related Field

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands and minimize holding costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline the supply chain process.
- Monitor and analyze transportation costs while negotiating contracts with logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing logistics activities.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance tracking, reporting, and overall logistics efficiency.
- Train and mentor logistics staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall business processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Implement sustainability initiatives within the logistics operations.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including vendors and clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics department.
- Investigate and implement cost-saving measures in the logistics process.
- Handle any emergency logistics situations and provide timely solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in logistics or related Field
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate with external partners.
- Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
